As Bill turned back to try to find his wife, again, the guy he had waved at down the length of the bar came up, and stood beside him.
Extending his hand, he said, "Hi. I'm Ted. You have a beautiful, charming, and very vivacious wife. You're a lucky man."
Shaking the man's hand, Bill replied, "Thanks. I consider myself damned lucky to have her ... and that she'd have the likes of me! I'm Bill. Pleased to meet you."
