After the pack was a little more settled and the hobby center was running smoothly, I could return my attention to my research. I reread the history books about Shadow Pack in the hopes of seeing something I might have missed before.
Dear diary,
It hurt when he threw me away. It hurt that he didn’t want to be a part of his child’s life. It didn’t matter to him that he could be my mate and the future king. That was one of the reasons I fell so hard for him in the beginning.
My title didn’t matter to him. He wasn’t after the money and the power. I thought he loved me for me. I didn’t tell anyone who he was. I will do this on my own. If my family won’t accept my baby, I will just raise it on my own.
I am strong. I am the future queen. My baby will be the future king or queen.
