Steve and Diana approached high school Steve was now getting wiser and also matured he already knew how his parents wanted them to be in the same school most of the time were forced t be together Steve back at school he found his mother sited in the palace his father James was outside walking for fresh air. "My son where is Diana you should be together eating the evening meals," Mary said. Steve smiled at Queen Mary. "Mum, have you forgotten that Diana went for a tour at the Serengeti national park" Steve replied. "Oh, my son I am old I am so forgetful nowadays," Mary said. Steve laughed king James came into the palace. "My son, you didn't go on the tour of Serengeti national park? James asked. "I was not Lucky I didn't pick the right ticked when the draw was done," Steve said. The king roughed Steve smiled. "My son do you know that you will soon take the throne from me you have to listen to what we are going to tell you you are almost eighteen years old get prepared to take the mantle from me," James said boldly. Steve smiled at him. "Father I know that also I know you love me very much I am the only son I will never let you down," Steve said. Mary and James looked at each other they were happy to hear that their son listened to what they were saying. "According to our tradition you are going to Marry from the Royal family our tradition does not allow us royal family to marry from the peasant family," James said. "Am I not too young to know about things marriage?" Steve asked. "No you are almost there currently you are in high school it's nearly three years then you can Marry," James said. "You already have a pride who is going to be the Zuma's kingdom Queen after I get ready to marry her," Mary said. "Okay I understand you but like my parents, we learn in school that everyone has a right just like any other child, is peasant farmer families do not have any say or position in our family?" Steve asked. "It is a taboo and also against our tradition to follow what the elders are saying," James said. "It's alright when I come of age I will do as my Lord pleases," Steve said. Mary and James smiled and they were very happy to hear that their son has accepted to marry Diana.
