His and Mine

"Will these be enough? They are the biggest I have." Andy asked as he hands Isaac the set of pajamas. The party had long been over and Angela had gone to bed, heading into her room with a cup of tea. It's a bit past twelve and Andy had already showered and had pulled on a large T-shirt and a pair of boxers. They were both in Andy's room, the tall prince making the room look even smaller than it was already. "I'm sure they'll be fine. Are you sure you don't mind me spending the night?" Isaac asked. "I just don't want to leave you. We just made this official and I'd love to spend the night holding you." Andy's smile was nothing short of beautiful. He felt so lucky he had to chance to know Isaac, to see this side of the prince that no one else sees nor know about. This man, this insanely smart and wonderful was his boyfriend. "Go and shower. I'll make us some tea, we can talk till our eyes can't stay open anymore." Andy said, playfully biting down on his bottom lip, a shy expression on his face. Isaac nods. He pressed a kiss to his boyfriend's temple before making his way to the bathroom. True to his words, Andy makes them both tea, he checks if the doors were properly locked then made his way back to the room. Thankfully he had arranged his room before the party, no clothes on the floor and bed neatly made. Andy sets the mug on the bedside tables before crawling onto it, going to the right side of the bed. He pulls out his copy of Percy Jackson. The excitement of the night had dwindled but he could still feel it trumming In his veins. He remembered how people had cheered when he had kissed Isaac, remembered how Isaac had held his hand and never let go. "What are you thinking about?" "You." Andy replies honestly, his mouth falling open when he realized what he said. His cheeks turned a light shade of pink and Isaac could only stare, transfixed. Isaac had on one of Andy's large pajama bottom which stopped high above his ankle and a large shirt that was thankfully big, his mum had bought it years ago, telling him that he'd grown in to. Here they are three years later and it was the Crown Prince of Ater wearing the shirt instead. "You are adorable." "You're adorabler." "Not a word." Isaac says as he crawled onto the bed, moving to the left side. He doesn't even look at the tea, instead he pulls Andy into him, the book in the bakers hand falling onto the floor with a light thud. "Hi." "Hi." Andy whispers, they were so close their noses brushing. Isaac closed the distance between their lips and softly kissed Andy, his lips soft, his movements soft and Andy realizes, he could do this forever. They pull back a few minutes later. Isaac staring at him with this twinkle in his eyes, and a small smile on his lips. "Boyfriend." Andy whispers. "Boyfriend, best friend." Isaac replies. "How's it going? The preparation for the coronation, it's in in three weeks." Andy asked. "It's going well but... I don't feel ready yet. Everyone has told me that I'll do great, my mum reminds me of all the work I had taken up, the bills I have passed, the charities and I know what I have done and I know I have been preparing for this since my dad die, I just don't know what to do." "I have followed most of your works, watched and read your interviews and I believe you will make a great king. You won't do this yourself, you've got your mother, friends and family, me, Annie, my mum, the parliament and the entire country." Andy tells him. "I'll be with you every step of the way." "As my Queen?" Isaac asked. "Try again." "My flower prince?" Isaac asked and gets a kiss in return, chaste but perfect. Andy places his hand underneath his head and watched Isaac. "What are your plans tomorrow?" "Nothing much. I've got a fitting by eleven and I was thinking we could get lunch?" "At the bakery?" "At my favorite restaurant, if that's okay." Isaac said and Andy nods. He was going to have to get used to going out with the Prince, soon the paps would pick up on their relationship. "Speaking off..." Isaac clambered off the bed and searched the pockets of his pants and pulled out a small envelope. He rushed back to the bed and took out the jewelry inside. It was a thin bracelet, silver and shiny. It was simple and the most gorgeous thing Andy had ever seen and it was for him. "Isaac..." "I passed by a store on my way back from my meeting last week and have been trying to find the right time to give you." Isaac said, he gently takes Andy's hand and raised it a bit so he could clasp the bracelet on. "It's gorgeous." "Just like you, then." "Thank you." Andy whispers, his voice soft. Isaac leaned closer and pressed a kiss to Andy's nose, his thumb stroking the back of Andy's hand slowly. "Anything for you." "How long are you going to say that for?" "For as long as you'll have me and even afterwards." Isaac replies, earning a burst of laughter from Sndy. The baker switched off the light and moved closer to Isaac until his head was on the Prince's chest, his hand around his waist. "Sleepy yet?" "A little." Andy replied. "Today was exciting." "Got to sleep then, baby." "Good night, Prince Charming." Andy whispers as he shifts a little closer, his nose pressed against Isaac's chest. "Good night, darling." Isaac replies. He pulled the duvet a little bit up, his hand slowly rubbing Andy's back as he drifted off. Isaac held his boy in his hand and tried to pinpoint when exactly he had fallen in love with him. - Waking up next to Isaac felt like a dream. The sun light poured through the window, washing his body hold, the white sheets made the prince look like he was he was sleeping on a cloud. Isaac's hand was wrapped around his waist, his lips parted a little and eyes closed. Andy wanted to shift closer but if he moves anymore he'd be right on top of Isaac. Just like always, his alarm goes off at four, Andy reaching out to hit the stop button. When he turns back around he finds Isaac staring at him, blinking slowly like he was trying to blink his sleep away. "Morning, darling." Isaac's voice was deeper, the sound of it making Andy's blood rush south. "Morning, Isaac. How did you sleep?" "Better than ever." Isaac replies with a squeeze of Andy's hip. "We should do this again." "Definitely." Andy gives his boyfriend a smile and got up. He turned around to find Isaac staring at him with a confused expression on his face. "Where are you going?" "To the bakery. It's five past four, I've got to get the pastries ready." Andy replied and Isaac lets out an oh. "You can stay behind and come in at six like you always do." "Nah. I want to see you make your eclairs." Isaac replies as he gets up from the bed. Andy offers him a small smile. They both shower, Andy pulling on a pair of joggers and a large sweatshirt afterwards while Isaac had pulled on the new pair of boxers Andy had found and the same clothes as he had last night. "I've sent for my clothes. Do you mind if I change in the bathroom of your store?" "Of course you can." Andy replied as he hands Isaac a wrap of sandwich he had made a few minutes ago. "Is this going to be enough?" "For now. We can order breakfast." Isaac said as he takes the sandwich from his boyfriend. "Thank you." He said and pressed a kiss to Andy's temple. By four twenty five, they were out the door and by four thirty six, they were at the bakery. Thankfully Annie and Isaac has helped clear out the store, picking off the fairy light and taking away the candles while Andy and his Mum washed the huge bowls and pans they had used, dishes already in the washer. Andy always made the eclairs first cause they take a lot of time to get done. Isaac has helped him add flour and salt, for the filling Andy had combined pudding mix and milk, besting in confectionary sugar and one teaspoon of vanilla as well as whipped cream. Still feeling excited, Andy decides to make macarons too. At five, Isaac went out to get his clothes from whoever dropped in and came back with dressed in a baby blue button up tucked into dark pants and suede shoes, a bag of breakfast if Andy was smelling it right. "This kitchen smells amazing." "You always say that." Andy teases, reaching for the bag in Isaac's hand. Andy pulls out a fruit salad, wrapped pancakes and a small bottle of syrup. "The pancakes are chocolate chips." "Have I told you what a great boyfriend you are?" Andy grins cheekily. Isaac moves closer to him and wrapped his arms around his waist, leaning down to rest his head against Andy's shoulder. "Not yet." "You are a great boyfriend, Isaac. My very own cream puff." Andy teases, turning his head a bit so his cheeks would be pressed against Isaac's. They talk as they eat, thankfully they do drink their cup of tea this time. Annie comes in by six fifteen, takes one look at them and proceeded to make barfing sounds. Unlike yesterday, she had on a yellow dress, blue sneakers and a green jacket, all her colors clashing and hurting Andy's eyes as usual. Isaac has never seen someone so bold and he likes it. "I'm so happy for you guys, really but please keep the mushy kissy lovey thing to yourself. Not everyone wants to see that." Annie said, her hands on her hips as she stared right at both of them. "I beg to defer." "I think we're too cute." "Cute my left boob." Annie rolled her eyes. She leaves them in the kitchen and walked out to prepare the front store for opening. Like always, Isaac helps Andy with the trays of pastries, both of them arranging the display. "I'm sorry I couldn't make your pineapple pastries this morning." Andy pouts a little as he stared up at Isaac. "You've made them for me for three months and I've enjoyed every single one, missing today is going to be okay." Isaac replies, moving closer, his knuckles brushing the soft skin of Andy's face. "Isaac..." "Let me make you something today instead." Isaac said. "You bake?" "Nope but I can make you something different." Isaac replies. "Just give me a few minutes and it will be done." Andy stared at his boyfriend in amusement as he wondered what Isaac was going to make for him. He shakes his head fondly as Isaac walked to the kitchen before turning to Annie who pressed two fingers to her head in the shape of a gun. "Hush you." Andy flipped the sign from closed to open and like always the customers begin to trickle in. The next hour went by in a flurry of alstries, card, money and receipt. Andy had just said by the to the last buyer when Isaac walked out of the kitchen, a small cup resting on a saucer. "What is this?" Andy asked, alternating between looking at Isaac and the dessert. "It's a copycat dole strawberry whip." Isaac says cheerfully. He dips a spoon into it and held it to Andy's mouth. The dessert tasted wonderful. "This is good..." "Let me try it." Annie says as he rushed towards the table. Andy grabbed it and yelled. "Mine!" Isaac watched his boyfriend run around the store, taking spoonfuls of his dessert as he tried to get away from Annie. He stared at Andy, listened to his laughter, loving the smile on his lips and thinks to himself. This is it. He has finally found what he had been looking for.
