The day went by swiftly for Abby. She didn’t get the chance to meet with Lucas until later in the day, when she was walking to the library and bumped into him.
"Hey, Abby?" He called her out, and she stopped in her tracks. She had been avoiding him the whole day, and he noticed it too. It was not like Lucas had any more business to do with her; he just wanted to spend some time with her.
