One Month Later
Summer cleaned up while Edward and Master Jonah went into the study to talk.
She hated to admit it, but cleaning and organizing helped her feel calm and in-control. Master Jonah could force her to eat from a dog bowl, but she could make the kitchen as sparkling and beautiful as she wanted it to be.
