It took nearly three months before I was able to have my cast removed. During that time, I was forced to be ushered around by Lizzy in her car, which she didn't seem to mind. But I hated it. Not that I hated getting to spend time with her. I hated not being the one behind the wheel. I hated being the passenger and relying on her to get me around town. And I missed being on my bike. It also took about three months before Lizzy was able to sleep through the night without waking up in a panic. She had basically moved in. She stayed over almost every night. Only a couple of nights out of the week did she actually stay at her house with her parents. And I think that was more so she could change out the clothes she had with her. She had started classes again and stopped working at the bar
