Sebastian and Iko entered from the huge common doors on the foyer.
"We both know this won't last long. We both know…," Mr. Montevalles glanced at me with menacing eyes, his words sending deeper meaning. "You know how women—"
"Enough!" Yves screamed this time. "Enough of this, dad."
His chest was visibly heaving hard, his glare at his father becoming intense. It alarms Iko and Sebastian so they walk closer to us.
"You're right, son. This is enough. So stop playing and act as if you could last with her. I'm finding it really hard to understand why you're doing this... Think of her as your mom if you want her to stay here, or we'll bring her back—"
"She is not my mother!" Yves interrupted him again. The atmosphere around is becoming intense as well. "She's not my mom!"
