I knew that it was Sabina's family that made her feel so low about herself. I hate that I'm right, but I knew it.
What confuses me is that... They're all human. Every single one of them. There isn't a supernatural creature here.
However, something is still off. Sabina smells like her father. I can tell their kin. I can even smell the blood shared between Erika and Sabina.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you look at it... Her mother is not her mother.
I wonder if that's why they treat Sabina the way that they do. Because she's someone else's child. Which is just as fu.cked up. Especially because Sabina clearly has no idea that this woman isn't her mother.
