Queen Emily finally met Prince James for the first time since she married Scot. She was surprised and relieved that he had not changed much and did not seem to be angry with her. When King Scot had to leave to attend an urgent matter in another village for few hours, Queen Emily found herself hosting Prince James alone. After few awkward silences, Prince James finally broke the ice.
“I am not mad at you Emily. Yes I was hurt, that will take a long time to heal but I can never be mad at you” he said sincerely, looking in her eyes.
“I am sorry James, truly” she responded looking away.
“It was not your fault, I never blamed you for any of it” he responded sympathetic. He wanted to tell her during her coronation but she was too busy being a host and faking a loving relationship with Scot
