"Can we stay here forever?" I breathe, my eyes shut as I lay on Jared's chest, my arm draped over his body. The sun's bright early beams shine through the one curtain as it blows up from the soft wind. Jared's fingers trace circles all over my back, and I can't help but feel overwhelmed with the way he's treating me. I feel special and safe, protected as I lay in his arm. I don't think that I'd ever realize how alone I was until now. I've been suffering alone, being confused and baffled with everything that I didn't realize that I needed this.
