Staying busy has been a great distraction from every single thing that haunts me. Even as a teenager, I don’t think I’ve ever been this active before. I have a few self defense classes a week, three at most and then the rest of the time I work, go to the gym and make food and sleep. I’ve found a routine that has raken away all the free time that I’ve spent in bed. On weekends, Macey and I go on hikes, and every Sunday morning, it’s somewhere different. I haven’t seen much of Jared in the last six weeks since I’ve started self defense classes, and that still troubles me at night.
Four times, that’s how much I’ve seen him since I told him that it would be best if we are just friends, nothing more. I blame myself for expecting him to fight it, and it wasn’t that disappoint
