“Shhh….” Karic whispered into her ear. But she didn’t seem to react to him. He looked down both sides of the hallway, and then unlocked his door and opening it. He walked into the room with hand still clamped on Bella’s mouth.
What was wrong with her? he worried as he turned her around to inspect her body. Her eyes were closed as if she was sleeping
Huh?
What was she doing here? he asked himself as he let her go to close and lock the door behind them. When he turned around, he found her walking towards his bed.
She got under the covers, pulling his pillow to her nose and loudly smelling his scent. He stared at her in disbelief.
What the hell?
She sighed burrowing under the covers. And then her breathing slowed as if she was falling deeper into sleep.
