KING Connor sighed after sitting on his swivel chair in his office. He clutched his head while thinking of his current problem. Napabuga siya ng hangin at sumandal sa kinuupuang swivel chair. He closed his eyes.
"Connor!"
Napamulat siya ng mata nang marinig ang boses ni Serenity. "Love?"
Serenity entered his office...following behind her is Hunter and Rowan. Kumunot ang nuo ni Connor. "What is it?"
"What Alpha Chase wanted from your?" deretsong ni Serenity sa asawa.
Natigilan si Connor kay napatingin kay Hunter. Nag-iwas naman ng tingin ang Beta niya. "You..."
"Don't blame Hunter. I threatened him to tell me the truth," sabi ni Serenity at umupo sa upuan na nasa harapan ng mesa niya. Serenity crossed her arms over her chest and raised her eyebrow at him.
