ZAHRA The next few days following our meeting were quite busy. Martin and Ben had their hands full with their extra tasks, and I was trying my best to alleviate their workload in any way possible. In the mornings, when they were focused on their Beta and Gamma duties, Nevaeh and I would work together to remove as many items from their list as we could. I was honestly surprised by the lycan’s determination. Despite never having been part of a community before, she was dedicated to helping us. In a way, I guess she really wanted to belong somewhere, and it warmed my heart to see her slowly become part of our family.
