Sophomore Year
To say my summer was uneventful would be a flat out lie. Mom finally found out about my fathers escapades and boy did that not go good. I had to blast my music through my headphones to drown out the screaming. I honestly do not understand why my parents remain together. One is cheating on the other while the other is a wreck all the time. They better not say it is for my sake because I'd rather live with one of them instead of hearing the both of them spewing hateful words at each other for another damn minute in this house. Once I graduate, I am f!cking out of this twilight zone.
Besides having to deal with the never ending downfall of my parents marriage, staring at my four walls was beginning to drive me out of my mind, so I decided to get myself a summer job. I
