I packed my things in a blink. It wasn't a lot. I came with only a backpack, so I'll leave with it only. I also brought some food we could eat on the way to nowhere, and that's it.
With a coffee in hand, I waited for Quillon, standing out in the forest clearing.
My mind wandered about where he wanted to go. Back to my concerns about which cardinal point he aims to go, and drowning in the thoughts, I forgot the most important thing.
