The Head Vampires of Gratia Clan sponsored many organizations which helped different citizens in New Oasis state, not only Gratia vampires. The Happy and Healthy Center was located in Meridian District, a few minutes outside New Oasis City. The H.H.C. provided families with different services such as counseling, advice on physical and mental wellbeing, plus some useful information and tools for financially struggling parents.
