Chapter Fifty Four Tears and Confessions
“Take a seat Heather”
I gently told her, I knew she was in deep distress and rather than be glad after her treatment of me since starting here, my heart went out to her.
“I will just call through for Cole, would you like a tea or coffee?” I smiled, trying to make her relax a bit.
I knew this lady needed a spoon full of sugar to get the information we needed, not harsh treatment like Trev. I buzzed through to Cole and informed him she was here, and within a couple of minuets he was sat next to me looking intently at Heathers submissive demeanour.
“I understand you are leaving us Heather, and you are wanting to finish on Friday, rather than serve out your full notice period” I spoke softly, hoping she would open up to me.
