Sydney's POV
"What the hell?!" I threw my hands in the air and said as my breath calmed, "Why did you just appear like that? You almost gave me a heart attack."
Aria bristled inside me, instantly alert at Bella's sudden appearance. Her jasmine scent mixed with something unfamiliar - probably Isaac's lingering scent - made my nose wrinkle.
She folded her lips, "You almost gave me a heart attack when I noticed you sitting here too." She arched her sleek brows, "Have you been stalking me? I can smell your scent all over this area. Well, I'm sure today's stalk was a success because you heard everything, didn't you?"
I looked at her, "You...you..."
My wolf, Aria, growled inside me."Don’t let her intimidate you, Sydney.We’re stronger than her."
