There was a brief silence as Bella and I took our time to absorb the information.
"That's sad..." I heard Bella murmur at the same time I asked, "So what do you suggest we do? How do we get revenge on Dylan for what he did to us and to you?"
Scarlet walked closer as she inhaled the smoke of her cigarette. She closed her eyes as she exhaled with a smile that had me coughing slightly. My heightened wolf senses made the acrid scent more potent, but I said nothing. If she was joining our revenge, I'd have to accept her quirks, just as I did with Bella's.
