“Welcome to another episode of…BEHIND THE CURTAIN!” the TV show host smiled brightly at the camera as the audience clapped and cheered. “Now, tonight we have a very special guest joining us to talk about his journey…let’s give him a warm welcome, ERIK CARLSON,”
“She’s way too loud,” Alastair remarked from his spot on the couch. I ignored him as I watched Erik walk onto the stage. The host, Jemma, smiled and shook his hand before they both took a seat. Erik looked good in a blue suit and my heart skipped a beat. “Why is he that good-looking?”
“Sshh,”
“Erik, thank you for joining us,” Jemma said, and he smiled. It looked forced, but I was far more curious to hear what this was all about. Corey had sent me a message earlier to let me know that I should watch the show.
