The following morning, Raven and Damien walked into the dining room together. The room was filled with pack members, every seat occupied by wolves who had fought beside them, wolves who had waited anxiously for news of their Moon Goddess and Luna.
As soon as they entered, the room fell silent.
Miranda stood up first. “Raven, we are so glad you’re alright.”
At her words, every wolf in the room pushed back their chairs and dropped to their knees. The sight was humbling; two dozen warriors, bowing their heads in reverence.
