Levi led the way outside, the open field sprawling before them as the tension thickened in the air. Raven and Damien followed closely behind, their every step measured, anticipation heavy in the atmosphere. Raven’s voice broke the silence, her eyes darting between Damien and Victor. “Are you sure about this?” she asked, a note of concern creeping into her voice. Damien’s gaze was unwavering as he nodded. “I’m positive. This is the only way I can get Victor to let this go,” he said, his tone firm. He stopped abruptly, pulling Raven aside with a gentle but commanding touch. His eyes locked onto hers, searching, as if trying to read her thoughts before he spoke. “I know I will win today,” he said, his voice steady, but the fire behind it unmistakable. Raven offered him a reassuring smile.
