Dodd looked at the captain, who in turn nodded at him. The men that had gone around back were in position, it was time to hit these guys hard. "Give the signal to the rooftop guys," Dodd said to The Captain. The 'rooftop guys' here meant the snipers positioned at an elevation to overlook the field. Unfortunately, this neighborhood did not have many high buildings, so some of the men had to take up positions in trees and some other places that were elevated, at least above the rooftops. The captain raised his right hand above his head, and then he brought it down to rest on his head. The three snipers who were the rooftop guys had already been told what the signal would be. So immediately the captain made the sign, distinct popping sounds not louder than snapped fingers could be heard,
