"Mom!!! Papa!!! I'm about to head to the airport with Al!!" I announced shrugging on my flannel shirt over my tank top.
"Alright little goose." Papa said walking to the foyer where I was hopping on one leg trying to tug on my boots. "Careful there, we wouldn't want this sweet reunion to take place in the hospital."
I laughed, finally getting my boots on.
"Don't worry Papa, there will be no hospital visits." I replied beaming up at him. He chuckled and patted my shoulder.
