The sight before me was heart-wrenching and I had to control myself before I started crying. Cole told me to be strong for both of us and crying wasn't going to help.
Bella had her leg bandaged and hanging up, she had a cervical collar around her neck and there was a tube connected to her mouth. I could see the bruise on her face. She was asleep and quiet, my Bella who is always happy and talking was asleep and I didn't know when she'd wake up.
" Bells," I whispered as I went to sit beside her on the bed.
" I'm here now, everything is going to be alright, you're going to wake up," I said as I placed my hand on her face, the face I've seen smile all the time, we've both had accidents but not like this, looking at her like this scares me.
" She'll be fine," Cole said as he came to stand
