Elinor found it impossible to cheer up after leaving her mother's house. From the start, she had little to no hope for their mother-daughter relationship, but tonight a little spark had appeared in her heart. If the visit to her home was successful, then Elinor wouldn't mind being on speaking terms with Marilyn and Elina. Yet, it ended up in a disaster.
