“Here we are,” Maddie joyously sang as she showed Kalea to her guestroom on Delko’s floor in the castle. “This used to be Aimee’s room when she first came to the castle. After she moved out of her father’s room, of course.”
“Why did Nana live with Papa Delko?”
“Papa Delko?” Maddie looked at Kalea.
“He’s my great-grandfather. I can’t just call him by his name, Maddie.”
“If you call him Papa, what do you call Stephen?”
“Grandpa?” Kalea replied.
“And you refer to Aimee as Nana?”
“Yeah. Is there a problem?”
“You are going to hurt Stephen’s feelings if you don’t give him a more endearing title,” Maddie said with a smile.
