The king continued with the questioning while Cindy's father watched helplessly as I tore his and Cindy's image to shreds. He seemed to realize that there was nothing that he could do to stop the truth from coming out and I was still confident that he was probably a part of the plot to get WIlliam killed by Cindy and her henchman even though I knew for a fact that he was going to deny any involvement. There was just no way that he could not have known what his daughter was up to just as there was no way that he didn't know that she was having an affair with Tomas.
