Laurie PoV I could see that Elle felt awkward. She was gripping her daughter's stroller tightly until her knuckles turned white. Jessy was the same. She stood stiffly and looked nervous. I just smiled and opened the door wider. "Come in. The wind is quite strong, your daughter might be cold, Elle," I said. I stepped inside, followed by Jessy and Elle who were pushing the stroller.
