SEVERAL YEARS LATER...
YEARS have passed, and Quinn and I are now in our late thirties. Yes, we are still together. His engineering business is booming, and I am still one of the nursing consultants in the same company I worked for since I graduated from university. It wasn't an easy start for both of us. We have ups and downs like any average married couple.
There was a time where I had to go to work, and our son, Jake, was sick. Quinn had an important meeting scheduled that day. Guess who stayed home and took care of our son? Quinn. For him, family comes first. No important meeting can stand between him and our kids. He has always been vocal about that.
