"Do you still remember her, grandson?" Ojii-sama queried at the middle of the table.
Silence suddenly poured into the atmosphere while Maricar and Ryota are staring at each other. Veni at the side anyway wondered because of the reaction of her boyfriend towards the new girl at the dining table.
Maricar then put her fierce look while looking at Ryota and she says, "Good to know and you still remembered me, Ryota, my ex-soon-to-be-husband."
"Husband?" Veni wondered.
Ryota, however, looked away and glanced to Veni at his side. "Correction, I'm not her husband," he stated.
"Veni, my daughter, Maricar is the woman I told you before. She's Ryota's ex-fiancee. The woman that was meant to be Ryota's wife—" Oba-sama told when she was cut off by her sentence.
