CHAPTER 47 “And do you regret it?” she asked silently after some time.   “Regret what? Lying about being gay?” He sat up.   “No. Marrying me. Do you regret it?” she sat up, joining him.   He looked at her despite knowing she could not really read his eyes in the dark. If she could, she would have read the pain in his heart.   “I have tried regretting even the first moment I laid my eyes on you but something just keeps holding me back and instead the thought of you leaving is killing me inside.
