“I’ll take that as a slip of your mouth Vicky,” she stated dismissively.
“Is it just a slip of the mouth though?”
“Of course yes. How can you even think of something as ridiculous as that? Me? In love with Bryon? That’s the most unbelievable thing I’ve ever heard in my entire life,” she accompanied her statement with a short laugh.
“And I can’t believe you don t even realize that you are in love,” a smug expression deepened on Vicky’s face.
“I’m not in love with that asshole Vicky,” Why won’t she just drop the subject?
“Fine. Let’s revisit the facts. Byron knows how to tick even your most untouchable nerves without making an effort and that’s the first step of knowing someone is in love,”
“That’s because he is both annoying and childish,” she countered
