Chapter Seven Trent tipped his beer back and stared off into the distance, the moon hanging low and bright. At one of his favorite parks—a park he and Lizzie would disappear to when they were younger—he climbed up onto the largest gazebo and sat there for hours. He’d brought a few beers from his place after deciding that the last thing he wanted to do was to stay home and stare at the walls. So, he’d decided to go out and stare at the moon instead.
