I was jumpy and happy the whole time. I didn’t know Sage’s effect on me would be this tremendous. Everyone seemed to have known the change.
Sage told me he’s going to drop by at lunch with food. I guess he’s not that busy even though I know that he has a lot of things coming up.
I spent my time checking on the upcoming infrastructures that we’ll design. I passed some deals to David because I know that he could handle them better than me. And besides, I don’t want to stress myself.
I was on my third round of designs when my phone vibrated.
It was text from Sage.

I miss you. What are you doing?
My face heated as I read his message. I quickly typed in a reply.

Checking some designs…you? Are you not busy?
I bit my lip as I turned my attention once
