“I think you need to start treating your employee’s better Jayce, you treat them like crap, they are all scared of you…you are so bossy.” I said as he and I headed back to his after being at his office for a couple of hours
“I am their boss…it is what I do, it is the only damn way any work gets done. Plus with the amount I pay them and they benefits they get I shouldn’t have to push them as hard to get their damn work done.” he said shrugging
“No need to be as mean to them…they are human too Jayce.” I said
“Well if they don’t like it they know where the door is.” He said not seeming to care
I shook my head, climbing into his car. I am surprised he has any employees left with the way he treats them but I guess the way he does things with his business is nothing to do
