Freya’s P.O.V
I froze when he told me he was falling in love me, words I was not expecting from his lips to be honest.
“W…w…what?” I finally managed to stutter out
I probably could have responded better than that but it was all that came out. Jayce was quick to pull himself away from me, getting to his feet
“Nothing…forget I said that, never meant it.” He said before disappearing into the bathroom, locking the door behind him
I lay there not moving. What the hell just happened? I couldn’t work out if he never meant it, only got caught up in the moment or he did mean it and the thought of it scares him…either way I was confused. I decided I would go see if he would talk to me. I got up from his bed, grabbing his tee and pulling it over my body, going to the bathroom door
