What? A voice at the back of my head exclaims in shock at this proclamation. The blow is too much that I stumble a step backward, wondering if my ears are playing a trick on me.
Does Al just say he is Mia's boyfriend in front of me?
I find it hard to believe. My head is all dizzy at his words. To think my boyfriend is proclaiming himself as another girl's boyfriend.
"That's a big, fat lie," says Yong.
"How so?" Al asks.
"You were just with that girl. And you claim to be Mia's boyfriend? I had my doubts yesterday. And now, I guess I am right."
"I'm not lying."
"Then how do you explain to her?" He c***s his head in my direction, making Al turn back to look at me.
