I woke up to the morning sunlight. opening my eyes, I tried to remember my dream. And when I did all those memories came rushing all at once. Then also i remembered the words of Asher about Adam, thinking all of those things a treacherous tear slipped from my eyes.
Wiping it away I decided to get up as I still don't know how Adam is right now.
When I tried to get up, I felt heavy on my stomach. Looking down, I saw a strong arm snake around my waist. With wide eyes I looked over my shoulder and saw Alastair was sleeping. He looked peaceful enough to know that he was in a deep sleep.
I tried to move his hand from my stomach so I could slip away. As soon as I was getting successful he grabbed me tighter and pulled me to his chest.
" Morning, sunshine," he said.
" I….. morning."
