Heat!
It felt as if my body was burning from the inside. One minute I was trying to ignore the annoying beeping in the room, and the next it was like I was thrown into hot lava. My body felt like a truck had been driven over it more than once, there was constant pounding on my head and it felt like a heavy rock was placed on my chest, weighing me down.
"Water," I called out. I wasn't sure if anyone was in the room, but what is the use of superhearing if they could not hear me asking for what? Some heard me indeed but they did not get me water.
"Wait, I need to ask Dr. Jeremy first." What did Jeremy have to do with my dry throat? All I needed was water! Determining that I was going to die of thirst at the hands of these people, I tried to sit up to get it myself. How did I manage
