Rory We kicked in every door to every cell we crossed on our way down the hall. It was like it was a never ending tunnel of doom. Every cell was empty minus the blood splattered on the floor and walls. There was one with a body but it was clear it had been a while since they died. I knelt over them and prayed that they had found peace in the afterlife, peace and security that they didn't have here, that I couldn't provide for them just yet. Anger boiled in my blood. Rage and fury and sorrow coated my skin like it was a blanket. I tried to envision a future without these monsters causing chaos.
