“NO!” Percy pleaded. He had despair and shame covering his scent and his eyes were wild with fear. What could he possibly be hiding? It was then the door to the cell opened and Rory, the twins, Julianna, Caroline, and my mother came into the room. Rory sauntered up to my side and I wrapped her tight in my arms. There was no danger for her in here, not while the prisoners were secured but I still kept her close.
James brought Darcy's bag over to the table that was in the cell and dumped the effects out carefully. Julianna placed the vials she had been researching down as well and had an odd look on her face. I wonder if she figured out what she was holding in her grasp.
