"We're here!" Molly shouted.
A second later, all of our friends came into the kitchen. They all paused to take in the scene before them. Sally clinging to Maverick. Maverick holding her like some lover. And me.. crying like a damn i***t.
I've never felt so stupid. I don't even think Maverick cares that I'm crying now too. My friends are probably so confused. What do I even tell them now?
"Kap-" Maverick said as he reached out for me.
With Sally still in his arms! Like really?
I slapped his hand away, and glared at him.
"Don't ever fu.cking touch me again." I seethed.
"What's going on?" Molly asked as she walked further into the kitchen.
"This is all my fault." Sally blubbered as she turned in Maverick's arms.
