Mary POV
I turned to Joshua.
"Tell me you're not 90 years old." I said, making Joshua laugh.
"No I'm not, I'm 28, don't worry you don't have a thing for older men." He said with a laugh and kissed my forehead. I heard the others suppressing their laughter.
"All right, so what happens next?" I asked, rubbing the bridge of my nose.
"I'll let my sister know and see when she can get here. When she's here, we'll see what happens."
"Okay." I said, completely overwhelmed by all the new information.
"Come on love, you're tired, let's go back to our apartment."
When I looked up at Joshua, I saw that it was already getting dark outside. It was already evening, I hadn't even noticed.
