Friday morning, I wake up as soon as the sky starts to get light. Part of me wants to start practicing again. The other part doesn"t want to leave the bed. My legs and arms are heavy, and even my head feels like it has a brick tied to it. What is wrong? Did leaving gravity behind yesterday when we were in the bird, make it rebound overnight? After a minute of staring at the ceiling and worrying, I roll out of bed. Really, I roll. It"s like I weigh a thousand pounds. By the time I pee and splash water on my face, it"s a little better. Still, moving is like trying to run in a swimming pool filled with molasses, with all the syrup working against me. It"s not gonna stop me from practicing.
