Kate’s POV:
I stood outside the house that was explicitly made for the hunting team of the academy. The front door of the house was wide open with various coloured lights flashing outside. Many people were crowding the building, attending the party that was thrown because of their consecutive win against the teams of other academies.
“Kate, what’s wrong? Let’s go inside.” Anna said with excitement when she realized that I stopped walking further just before entering the front yard.
“I don’t think I should come. I don’t want to ruin the party. Everyone already hates me because of everything that happened earlier.” I expressed the reason behind my hesitation to attend the party.
I couldn’t imagine being near anyone after the entire chaos that took place in combat class. I was embarrassed
