I had searched for a good restaurant around here while waiting for Toni. I wanted to bring her to one of the best restaurants. I tried looking out of The Strand but I saw that they’re closed for today. So I decided to take her to the five-star restaurant overlooking the Pacific ocean. “You still don’t know how to use your money well,” she commented when I parked my car in front of the restaurant. “The menu here is at least five times pricier than ordinary restaurants.” I looked at her and smiled. “It’s been three years since I last ate in a five-star restaurant with a woman,” I told her and the blushing of her face couldn’t go unnoticed. She looked away. I’m contented that I could still make her blush like this. She’s trying to be a pain in my ass and she thinks she can push me away
