*Alex* I sort of expected some kind of reprisal from Tom Billings. I mean, I had threatened him, even put my hands on him. In some legal circles what I did, grabbing his shirt and pushing him, could be considered assault. Billings was the type to make good on his threats. But when a day passed and I hadn't heard anything from him, or his lawyers, I started to wonder. Was he not striking back at me because he was afraid of sticking his neck out and getting on the radar of law enforcement again?
